main mixer system
The new type concrete mixer consists of mixing cylinder ,mixing system, convey system, hydraulic pump ,auto lubricate system, belt cover hull etc.




(1) mixing cylinder
The mixing cylinder are made ofshape by thick steel . and it is supported by the special tube crate ,this can be assured the best bend resistance, the flange can also made the cylinder got the better intensity and rigidity. and made the axes in the suitable place , inside of the cylinder has the arc abrasion proof cast iron scaleboard, inside of the double end boards have the even scaleboard ,the whole frame is the framework and it has the better rigidity

When it works ,the convey system makes these two mixing shafts turn to the different direction at the same time , each mixing shaft has 4-8 mixing arms and two pairs of side mixing arms. And they are equipped with the mixing lamina and the scraper.after the material fed into it , through mixing to the aggregate and the addition agent, and made the materials move in the middle of the cabin, then form the convection in the cross area to realize the forced mixing fuctions.
This system has such advantage , the strong mixing , reduce the mixing time etc.

The second is the seal function for the gas seal ring ,
The third is the seal function for the dustproof ring
The forth is the main seal
The fifth is the unilateralism seal ring
The sixth is the aggregate seal ring
This type of seal structure can makes the seal more trustiness , and can delay the seal life ,
(3) convey system

The mixer convey system includes two separated driving units , these two driving units were  combined by a synchronous shaft each driving parts includes :
A planet gear reducing speed unit , motor , v belt convey



(4) auto lubricate system

According to its sole feature,it adopt the German focus lubricate system, it supply the oil in forced so it can avoid the oil stopped phenolment, the lubricate pump and the mixing shaft controlled together, it can assures the seal device to
gain the in time oil,  through improving the lubricate grease viscosity, can improve the lubricate ,seal effect, also can assure the mixng system work normally



(5) the hydraulic driving system of discharging hopper door

This new type concrete mixer has a sole hydraulic power unit , when it works the controlling  system control the electric magnetism valve ,and makes the door open and close,  when the power is off or the electric hydraulic pump is wrong , we can start the hydraulic pump by hand to open the discharging door, so can discharge the inside materials , clean the cabin, and prevent the concrete curdled in the cabin
